KIDS ROOM

The plans to decorate a kids room just starts with few things, where would the nursery be. After that, I would really want to get small things and started realizing the main stuff was important. Less is more. Getting too many things we wanted was just getting very crowded and crazy. So kept it simple, got some light colors in baby clothes and baby essentials.  To help your kids stay organized, keep things at their height. Closet storage, benches and coat racks will all be used more often if kids can get to them easily. Try creating a continuous art center by using wainscoting in a room and painting the wall below with chalkboard paint. You can get chalkboard paint in the color of your choice. Simply paint up to a chair rail or install your own and paint below. Most craft and hobby stores sell an additive to paint that allows it to glow in the dark. Try painting stars and a moon on your child's ceiling or a cityscape around the edge of the room. This will get them excited about turning out the lights at night.

Removable wall transfers are becoming increasingly affordable and the range of patterns and styles grows every day. Call them temporary wall tattoos and let your kid have fun decorating their room in a way you know you won't have to fix later. Kids are collectors, so make collecting easy. Pictures and postcards don't always have to be stuck to a cork board. Try hanging them from strings in front of a window or clipping them to a string along the wall to create an interactive border in a room. All kids want display space. Galvanized metal is fairly inexpensive and can be purchased in sheets at most home improvement stores. Just mount on the wall and you have an instant magnetic board.

Check your local art and crafts store for peel-and-stick cork. You can cut out any shape, simply peel off the backing and attach to any wall for fun pin-up space. ather than a traditional growth chart put a border around the room. Each month you can use non-toxic, water-based paint to put the child's handprint in the border. Watch them grow together. Be sure to include multiple kinds of lighting in a kid's room. Overall lighting is a necessity but so is a reading light. It may even help them find the bathroom in the middle of the night. If you are painting a dresser or other furniture you know the child will grow out of be sure to let them help. The child could also put their signature on it with personal handprints or fingerprints for a polka-dot design.

Involve in Quality Pieces
Being the mother of a 3 year old I can appreciate prehistorically speaking, really rocks to see this room. However, I have never been a fan of overtly thematic design for kids. Good design is an investment — an investment in time, energy and money — and it needs legs and longevity to ensure a return on that investment. Kids' interests seem to change from teddy bears to cars to goth rock in the blink of an eye; truly innovative design allows for those changes to occur easily and inexpensively. My fear with this room is that the child will love it today but outgrow it tomorrow, and that's a waste. Quality core pieces like the dressers are great starting points; they'll last forever and transition easily. I would have liked to see the theme established with more attention to the temporary accessories in this room rather than the more permanent construction elements.

JACKET COLLECTION

Jackets have always been my favorite part of outfits. Living in europe that probably is the most essential part of my wardrobe. Most of the time I have always needed a jacket when we step out esp most of the year without a jacket it would probably be impossible to go out. Most of the time the temp hits -20 c degrees and thats just crazyyy...there are times I could feel my face freeze!! Here are some of my favorite jackets

Burberry - White Jacket

When I had gone to the designer store here to check out the latest trends I came across this really pretty white jacket. Now I dont have any white jacket coz I always feel its such a nightmare to manage. The color itself is just with something falling on it would make me panic for sure. So I just about avoided light colors in jackets for the longest time. Now I feel with this jacket its chic and looks amazing. I had to have it and really gorgeous and really a great addition to my closet.

SHEIN YELLOW JACKET

Bright colors are something I feel will just add a lot of color to my wardrobe. Esp in spring and even in colder weather it looks really pretty and gorgeous. I have loved the SHEIN website, it really has some great pieces. I have to admit there are some pieces there that weren't my favorites so I have become more choosy over the time.

ZARA TEAL JACKET

This is really one of my favorite light jackets! It is great flowy look and great material very comfortable and easy to wear. I just can get out of the house and pick this jacket up and take it right off for any day. Its one of my favorite jackets and I have used it like anything and have always liked to have more light jackets which just can be worn for business events and even go for parties or get together.

BRITNEY SPEARS B/W JACKET

So when I went to las vegas on our honeymoon I came across this jacket and LOVED it. It was perfect, it kinda looked a lot like a Chanel print but a britney design and I loved the look and fit and had to have it. So very perfect esp for my day to day events and I enjoy the look. I havent been able to get away from this jacket, and wearing it almost daily. I literally had to keep it away to avoid using that repeatedly. One of my favorite things about the jacket is it has pockets all around and that helps with me being the forgetful person that I am.

VERO MODA CLASSIC BLACK LEATHER JACKET

I think having a black leather jacket is a staple look for each one of us in our wardrobe because hat is the most essential part of the look. I love this jacket for just going to grocery to shopping to any event. I think a black leather jacket goes with anything and is probably one of my favorite ones.
