#182 Nurturing the Soul

Jessica Prautzsch, Photography

Amidst the warmth of my mother's cooking and the constant pampering of my little one, I've found solace in the efforts of my family and true friends. Beyond the realm of fashion, I've decided to share some soul stories and experiences, hoping to connect with others and offer insights. Today, let's delve into the topic of "game players" – those who intentionally or unintentionally seek to harm others. In facing such situations, I've learned the power of ignoring and maintaining inner peace.

Navigating the Game Players:
Encountering individuals who play games to gain attention or cause harm can be challenging. Instead of succumbing to their negativity, I've adopted a simple yet effective approach: ignore. It may sound too easy, but trust me, it works wonders. By choosing not to engage, you preserve your peace of mind, ensuring a more relaxed and happy life.

Wishing Them Well:
Understanding that game players are often driven by insecurities or personal struggles, I've learned to wish them well. Their attempts to harm others indicate a deeper internal turmoil. By acknowledging this, you detach yourself from their negativity and maintain compassion. They may not be aware of the harm they cause, and in reality, their actions harm no one but themselves.

Rising Above:
Responding to rudeness with silence and indifference doesn't imply weakness; rather, it showcases strength and self-respect. Maintaining your composure and refusing to lower yourself to their level ensures that you retain your dignity and class. It's a silent proclamation that their negativity is not worthy of your time or energy.

Preserving Your Class:
In the face of adversity, maintaining your class becomes a powerful statement. By not reacting or engaging in a verbal sparring match, you rise above the situation. Others around you will likely respect your grace under pressure, reinforcing your positive image.

Today's post features beautiful pictures by Jessica Prautzch, capturing the essence of simplicity and lightness. In the midst of the Asian continent's slight chill, I am grateful for the ability to shed jackets and embrace comfortable clothing. In a world where game players seek attention and thrive on negativity, remember the strength lies in ignoring, wishing them well, and rising above. Let this be a reminder to prioritize inner peace and maintain your sense of self in the face of life's challenges.

  8. Yes...I've had someone a long time ago that was a thorn in my side. And you're 100% right. Once I totally ignored them (and it was hard), they just seemed to disappear.

When they don't get the attention from you...they move on to someone else.

And I agree, ignoring such people is the best way to treat them. I do exactly the same as they are not worth to get any attention from myself!

fungi. Ensure that you repair the source of moisture that grips to
your surfaces by keeping the temperature set at 70 degrees, and
cleaning floors and walls mold damage should be done as
soon as possible. Avoid vaporizers and humidifiers. Smelling spoiled food allows the mold to infect the entire jar.

room deodorizers will be helpful if prolonged

  17. I agree, ignoring is sometimes the best way out. But it's frigging hard!!! I always feel the need and a burning inner urge to respond whenever I feel I'm attacked or somebody's doing anything to harm me. Or people I care about. But lately I've been trying out this tactic you promote and I must say it works wonders - like you said.:) It helps me to keep my cool and my peace of mind, which is the most important - in this time of year and in all others too...

I hope you're enjoying some more of your mom's delicious food and having fun with your loved ones, babe.;) Happy holidays!!

After all, some companies will use the title tag and description
